If you change your mind, you can return the book or the record within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price. Please email us first and we will send the return address; return postage is yours to pay unless the item arrived damaged.
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
